Feb 2015 I ordered a Free Sample. Did not suit my skin so I binned it. March and April packages arrived but nowhere any price.I was not aware that money was being taken from my account until my Bank called to tell me these payments sent me into overdraft.I was never provided with a pre contract statement in writing. I returned all the products,wrote a letter to the Company but never got an answer.Taking money without my permission is fraud,stealing and illegal.As a senior I cannot afford to lose money and never spend any money on beauty products. Terms and Conditions do not apply according to the Consumer Rights Regulations June 2014. I should have had a pre-contract statement stating price and description. I notice that the advert has not been on Facebook since.
