This item to put it mildly is a piece of junk. My mistake was not to install it immediately. I held on to the shipment of 4 screens one for each of the sliding doors in my home until it was really needed this past month. I installed it as per instructions. The item seemed simple and basic. However, the adhesive on the strips did not hold to my aluminum frame door. When I set it up, I came back a short while later and the velcro straps at the top of the item gave way. Also, the thing was a foot too long and NOT to the standard 80 x 36 screen door size!! I've found the Magic Mesh to be useless for my needs and now that I want to return it, I can't find out how or where to do it. There is noting in print anywhere outlining a return policy or a a telephone number or an address for the company!!! I am very angry and feel this is just another telemarketing rip off. If I can't return it, I will have to throw it in the garbage... it is THAT useless. I may file a claim with my credit card company....
