Found these pug pupies on Craigslist and emailed with the ownwe. She stated she had to move to N Dakota suddenly due to her husband dying in a car accident. She stated the pugs would be free that I just had to pay transit fee of 360.00 for the 2 puppies. Than I got a call from Transit place needing me to pay 300.00 more for the dog crates for shipping. This morning I got a call to send 1500.00 more for pet insurance to fly them to me. That's when I knew I fad been scamed. Who should I contact about this scam and getting my money back?
