On 4/14/2015 I ordered free sample of Lumisse skin revitalizing serum and was told to only pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 which I did. I left the country on 4/16/15 to visit my Air Force son who was stationed in Europe and returned on 5/12/15 only to find that my bank account had been charged $89.85 on 4/7/15 and again on 5/7/15. I contacted Youthful Beautiful Skincare at 800-508-6860 when I discovered this in the 1st week of June and was informed that I had agreed to pay $89.85 if I didn't return the sample in 14 days and that I would automatically be billed that amount for further supplies every month. I made no such agreement, but that didn't seem to matter to the gentleman I talked with, so he would not refund my $179.70 even though I offered to return both samples. I still have not even opened them and I am quite aggravated with this company for not honoring my situation which I was truthful about!
