I hired Lucy Guzman to file my taxes for my business. I am a truck driver and I have several workers that I contract with and several companies that I work for. Lucy Guzman filed my taxes. I received an audit from the IRS. I now have to pay back $10,000.00. I went to see Lucy Guzman about this and she was of no help. Lucy Guzman told me she could not do anything about this at all. Where I am I supposed to come up with $10,000.00 and interest and penalties! Do not use this lady. When I was in her office she had other contractors there complaining and I spoke with one that said to me the exact same thing happened to him. Do not use Lucy Guzman!
