I am not sure whether to complain against the person or company and let me explain why. Playerauctions.com is a platform for trading virtual merchandise, selling accounts and other services for video games.
On the 16th of May 2015 I ordered power leveling for my Heroes of the Storm account. It seemed to go successfully and I left a positive review, which cannot be undone. However, in 2 weeks time I received an email from Blizzard (the company which made the game) telling me that my account was banned for "game exploits". I contacted Blizzard via live chat and they told me account was permanently banned for using "illegal third-party programs", aka bots, which basically play for you. There bots cannot be installed on a Mac - there are simply none present yet. I only play on my Mac, and I am the only person who had access to my account, which means it was the seller who abused my account.
I contacted the playerauctions.com support immediately and described my issue in all details, attaching screenshots of the email from Blizzard. However, they asked me for more evidence. I contacted Blizzard several more times, but all my tickets were ignored or closed, and I provided screenshots of that. I asked the playerauctions.com support as to what other evidence I should provide, as they kept asking for more, however, they have ignored all my responses ever since.
I have spent over $200 on my account and $51 on the seller's service. I should be stated that the seller was a verified seller, meaning that everything he sold was insured by the company and I was supposed to get a refund. None of that happened.
I hope this complaint is not overlooked and I hope you are able to help me.

Update: 06/09/2015

I forgot to mention that I tried every trick to get Blizzard to tell me at least something after the initial conversation we have had. I have told them that I was using VPN, etc, but I just said that to get some information from them
