I wanted to bye 3 tickets St.Petersburg-Kouvola and 3 tickets Kouvola-St.Petersburg 04.06.2015.I ordered tickets at online-shop and paid by my credit card visa.The tickets were not provided, but you blocked the cost of the tickets on my credit card.After the operation, it was reported that the payment service is unavailable.I wrote an e-mail to the company vr.fi,Arja Peltonen(Customer support agent,VR-Group Ltd,Passenger Services,VR Customer Care,PO Box 55,FI-11101 Riihimäki,P. +358203 32033,[email protected],www.vr.fi)answered me.I asked her that vr.fi unblocked my funds,Arja Peltonen asked me to send my card number.I've done it.Then money from my card had been removed but the tickets were not provided.Now I haven't money and tickets.Arja Peltonen didn't answer me.I wrote a complaint to the police and the Consulate of Finland then Arja Peltonen sent me a letter requesting me give full my card number. I do not understand why she needed it I have already given her full my card number.
I do not like and it seems me suspicious this story.
