During December, 2013 and January, 2014 I was scammed out of $20,000. This was the cost of the listing of email addresses to market a specific product to. After sending the $20,000. They failed to deliver the listing. After some time elasped, I decided I wanted to get out of the project and requested a refund of the $20,000. I was told they will not refund the money.
