I bought a program from this company last year, and when I bought a Mac this year I wanted to add this program to the new computer. For some reason I had problems when I downloaded the program and had to abort the download, and when I started a new download I was charged one more. I later realized that I had been charged twice for the same program to the same computer. I have tried to mail "Michael" on my e-mail, but he does not answer my mails. Instead he has removed the program I bought in 2014 on my old Mac, and this program had indefinitely validity. This has annoyed me very much, and I have tried to get my money back through my bank. They are investigating the problem right now.
HSO Kromtech Cleverbridge seems to be a scam, and I would like to have them closed. A busyness like that should not be allowed to be on the market, and I also hope that Apple will stop this company so ordinary costumers like me will not have to complain.
The Mackeeper program on this computer still works but has a limited validity of one year.
I talked to an Apple salesman in a shop in Copenhagen, and he warned me against this company.
