I placed an order, I was not aware that the company is based in China, because they mislead customer by having co.uk in their address.
I paid extra for the taxes of the courier.
The order was the wrong one (sent wrong style, wrong number). Now, they are refusing to refund me or to provide replacement, even if the mistake was from their side.
I want a refund and not any kind of discount, since I am not willing to shop again from their site.
