Ordered a trial product, now the company is sending orders without my request and billing my MasterCard without my permission. I have cancelled orders on numerous occassions but the Company sends a e-mail cancelling the order and then bills my Mastercard with not even sending the product. When I have contacted the company 1-888447-6613 or the shipping department 1-888-960-9291 they refuse to understand that I have cancelled all further orders and do not wish any mor products from their company. They send me an e-mail stating that all further orders have been cancelled and then, bill my Mastercard. The staff is very ignorant and refuse to listen to my requests. How can I stop them from billing my Mastercard? For $498.04 I have received 3 small containers....Please, please help me. Thank you kindly.
