Last month I purchased a handicapped 2008 on the inventory manifest, the equipment listed wasn't on the Van when delivered I paid $38,000 and the van wouldn't start. I bought warranty for $2999.00 plus put $10,000.00 down total financed $31,999 . They now wanted $3400 to put door openers on that where already listed on handicapped van equipment invatory when I bought it. So I contacted head human resource women Charlene Gibons who wasn't in but spoke to her assistant Ellen also nice,told them the van wouldn't start I had to have 3 jump starts and the door openers where on that I financed with the van,sent photos of inventory manifest told them Lee Smith told me it would cost me $3400.00.she talked to Lee smith and mobility took the van put the equipment on(3 weeks) then returned it but 2 days later the Van wouldn't start again and the door openers didn't close the door completly and lift hit the metal on the doors when it daployed..they came and got the van again and left me a loaner van with NO PLATES!!! Then they asked me for $1600.00 as the drver took 20 minuets trying to jumP start the Van.I said I am not paying anything the work wasn't done right,the quipment I have lready finananced and the VAN doesn't start!! So I still have no plates to drive the loaner which I was told would be fed exed me this AM.I tried to get out of the sale since it was only 7 days I had the ford esries 350 2008 but bank said it was alreay on their records, so lee smith said I could trade in the van on the first loaner I had a 2013 mini van with 33,000 miles he wanted $68,000.!!! A new 2015 is about $47,000.!! So I said no.now they still have my van and I am making the second payment!equalling with down payment and warenty $12999. Also have to pay helper to shop cost me $80.00 and will have to take taxi to the vet $100.00 Worse service I ever had on any used Handicapped vehicle I've purchased.
