International boundaries
initially, the payment to first bank account failed and I received the money back, but after that I was given a China Construction Bank account and after ~8days he confirmed that he received the money and that he is processing my order. But since then nothing else happened and no more answers to my messages at all. Now, that I had a proper look online regarding this person and his so called store, I think I have lost the money, it seems to be a scam and I was foul enough.
