They ship the trial with a money back guarantee..they say they are verified and certified with several entities such as Trust Guard,Privacy verified etc..When you call to cancel they have no knowledge of your order and give you several numbers to call, a complete goose chase so to speak. But they have the ability to bill you continually and there is no way to cancel via phone or internet procedures they themselves instruct you on.This is a scam/fraud and will be reported to Consumer Affairs. They also go by another name to further deter your compliant or authorization to return the product...that would be "Absolute Derma and Rejuven" BUYER BEWARE!!!!
