I was taken in by a marketing advertisement offering a free 14 day trial of True Cambogia and Purslim tablets. The cost was 6$ per item for post and packing only. No charges for post and packing were to be taken for 14 days and the items were advertised as totally free. More fool me! As the items came in pairs I ordered 2 True Cambogia and 2 Purslim. As soon as they had my debit card details the true cost of the order flashed up on my screen and I was devastated to see I had been charged 490$. I immediately cancelled the order on their web site and by email but received a reply to say the order had been processed and could not be cancelled. I tried to phone the contact numbers on their web site but the numbers were obsolete. They took the money out of my account within hours. 2 days later I went back into the order to read over their terms and conditions again and was immediately charged another 244$ for placing another order. I argued via email that I had not placed that order but got the same response as the previous message saying I could not cancel because the order had been placed. I have now been charged a total of 734$.The items have to be returned within 14 days for a refund but they have taken nearly 30 days to arrive. I am now going to return the items and have to send them back to 2 different address. I have tried to verify these addresses on the Netherlands postal code site but they do not appear to be genuine so do not hold out much hope of a refund. The return postage will also be expensive as I will have to use an insurance and tracking system.I will never trust another web site again and if anyone reading this is interested in buying True Cambogia, please purchase off Amazon and not a web site offering free trials.
