AS I have used services from Ratchet Infotech for My laptop and they charged against taht issues $500 for one year. They resolved my issues and that time my system was not working good I have called to them and they repair my system and after that system was working good. Some time later again got another issues in my laptop and I called again that they did not charge a cent for services and resolved my issues. I have repaired 5 or 6 time from them and they never asked for any charges again. So I think this is a genuine company and providing best services. As I heard they refund amount if you are not happy with the services. My experience was good and I will goo again and again for best service.
