29 Prime scammed me as well. They hooked me in with their 'Front Page or it's Free' slogan. Since September of 2014 I have been paying $199 for what they called a '5 city package' in which I was asked to select the 5 cities in my area that I would like to be on the front page of Google in. I did so, but have never found myself on Google in these cities. I kept calling in and complaining, and was told each time that the last employee who handled this for me didn't do a good job, and they apologized. I asked for multiple refunds, which never happened. I tried to cancel multiple times, but was never able to physically reach them by phone. I sent in a cancellation request by email, but they still charged my card afterwards. This whole process seems terribly illegal. How can I cancel my service if nobody responds to me?
