Ordered 3 pair of Fitflops on April 16, 2015. Was charged $358.50 on my Visa on April 17, 2015. Immediately after the order went through, a brief message flashed the screen with a number that the order was processed. I had paid the money, but did not get a confirmation number, or e-mail or receipt of any kind. I tried to send a complaint e-mail, and got a phone call from an Asian sounding woman to confirm the size. I did not get the number as I was racing to work in the morning. I have written them twice, and never received a response back, or any merchandise. A total ripoff.
