I want cancel the above-mentioned order,because originated by a telephonic misapprehension with a technical assistant.I was asking help for the installation of the software for OneSafe PC Cleaner , just ordered n°UD944PQ9. I was calling the phone n°06-94804264, of Rome ,Italy.
During a arduous conversation ,( in english because there isn't any people italian speaking !?),the assistant asked me the number of my Mastercard, I didn't understand why.
Anyway , after the discussion , I found on my computer an order : 1 year Unlimited Technical Support option+ Cloud storage and 1 year Cloud Storage Combo, order n°UD944PYD, for 249 euro (about 210 USdollars ), whithout any my outspoken request.
For this reason I am asking the refund of the 249 euro or equivalent US dollars.
Moreover, I haven't dowloaded the software of the order in dispute, n° UD944PYD.
