American Verification Processing Solutions has blatantly stolen from me!!!!!!!! I signed up with with AVP Solutions via their sales rep which happens to also be the owner of the company that our company is a distributor for!! AVPS keeps 10% from each sale in a rolling reserve account. At this time my company has roughly $90,000 sitting with AVPS.... AVPS decided they were going to terminate our account and gave us notice. We have a legal time frame to continue processing until the account is shut down and any money left would be held. Our last settlement was for roughly $52,000 which was settled before the cut off time period. AVPS has decided to hold onto this money on top of the roughly $90,000 that is being held in our reserve account. AVPS's secretary answers the phone and the 3 to 4 people who work at AVPS never answer the phone or answer messages. AVPS also hardly ever responds to emails. The customer service is god awful. I had to result to hate mail just to get a response from AVPS. It has now been almost 3 months since our account was terminated and I have received none of my money. AVPS will not answer calls or return emails. The last email I received was stating wait another 30 days we will review your account and possibly release some of your money........ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES/CROOKS. I have hired an attorney in CA to get my money from these thieves.
