I ordered the tote style coach in signature large in black on May 11, 2015, there was no confirmation number. My money was taken from the account on May 13, 2015, again still did not receive a confirmation number. 3 days later I started to email the company, to no avail. It's been more than a week, with no response. At the least I'd expected an email telling me the order did not go through but nothing at all! Unprofessional is an under statement! I would like my $72.13 reimbursed to my account and wash my hands of this awful experience. If the company cares anything about keeping customers, it should refund my money and send the purse for my distress. This experience makes it difficult to trust online shopping.
