I have just read some other complaints and i feel like I'm reading my own horror story with this so called company. I myself donated $1.00 AUD to a charity and believe this is where they got my mastercard details. I received an email from allyourmusic.net immediately after donating the $1.00 giving me a confirmation code to enter the site the email also gave me an email address to unsubscribe. I immediately sent an email to unsubscribe with no response at all. I had sent numerous emails explaining i never wished to subscribe I don't want to be a member when i finally got a pathetic response from the company saying that my email has been taken into consideration and somebody will return an email within 24-48 hours! (wtf?).... To my expectations I did not receive an email or any form of communication from the company. What i did not expect was allyourmusic.net to start taking funds out of my account without my permission, it wasnt until I threatened allyourmusic.net with legal proceedings that I finally got a reply from them which basically said they would not refund any money as I had subscribed to their company. I sent numerous emails back to them saying I have not even seen thier website and the proof is in the confirmation code they had originally given me (in first email) saying I needed that code to register as a member. I have since had no reply from allyourmusic.net but have had funds illegally taken from account one week exactly from the first time and in total I lost $236.00 AUD. I too am on a carer's allowance and care for my housemate who is wheelchair bound. I have since had to cancel my mastercard and receive a new card. I am seeking legal advice regarding this matter as it may seem like a small amount to some but that was my rent money and I am only just getting back on my feet. My bank is also doing an internal investigation to stop these scumbags from illegally taking money from people! To this day just what has been reported on this complaint site they have managed to steal over $14,000 and I'm sure there is more people out there who have been ripped off by these loosers! All I can say is BEWARE of allyourmusic.net they are scamming lo lifes and if you see the site steer clear from them! I am now to afraid to donate money over the internet because of the scumbags @ allyourmusic.net.
