i made an order of a swimsuit and since they are in China they post there is a 3-20 day processing time (if you don't pay for expedited $20+ or express airmail $35+ depending on weight) and my item was only $7.48 before postage standard doubled my price to about $15. Three hours later I found the suit I was originally looking for and they had just released it. I had 5 other items I found. It was in the middle of night in China. I asked since processing takes so long can I delete the bikini with fringe to the one piece with fringe which was twice as expensive, pay the difference and add the other items so instead of an $8 sale it would have been about $100. "Elliot" from live help told me within the 3 middle of the night it already shipped and then sent me a photo and tracking number for DHL. They have tracking embedded so it said no item found on their page, their result said no item found (which is normal until it gets swiped) I looked at another company that had suit Rosegal.com. After looking through inventory they had almost same items but less sizes and colors available and the prices were about double. But I said what the heck I'll pay double, to get what exactly what I wanted. Then when I went to set up account to order I noticed that the forms of Sammiedress.com and Rosegal.com were exactly the same I went to help page, the same, even the misspelling, the icons all were the same (not a stock icon either they are custom) so I tried live help (exactly the same as Sammiedress) and it said they were closed. I tried to find number. It is the same I called it and got a voicemail saying not welcome to Sammie dress or Rosegal but we are closed right now please call, blah blah. NO IT SAID no one is available to take call and hung up. I then started to really look at things. They had sent me a photo of my bag "proving it shipped" within 3 hours and were closed. I went back to screen shot and enlarged it and it has a USPS label!!!! From China!!!! Impossible!!! It was totally faked! I called paypal and disputed it and sent them all the screenshots I took including "my bag". Now neither company will take my call or answer email after I did the help form and asked if they were related because I saw the other company had same items but more sizes and colors, trying to be careful and not say the other place screwed me. The have not answered my question at Rosegal. They also still have recording on line. PayPal is also investigated both companies and determining if they will allow them to sell through paypal any longer.
