I had called Randy to come out and give me an estimate on constructing a steel building for me. He wanted money upfront because he said I would get a discount if I did this. He would go and get the permit for the building from the city and everything would be taken care of. I have never seen any work done on the work site, and he has never given my money back. I have attempted to contact him in a number of ways: email, voice mail, letters. My attorney has attempted to contact him with no response from him.
