I would like to register a complaint about your website leading people to assume they are dealing with the United States Postal Service. Nobody would knowingly consent to a $39.95 charge for a change of address that is routinely done for nothing.
I am also sending my complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin and Consumer Complaint Agency.
Your immediate attention to this complaint would be greatly appreciated.
