I applied for my US Passport on March 30 2015. It has been more than 7 weeks since and i still havent received my passport. I tried calling their customer service and email their website but I keep getting the same answer. STILL IN PROCESS. Their company promised 3-6 weeks processing and yet they have not fulfilled said promise.
