I had purchased a package of three massages paid in full. When I went to there Parma location, I was informed they had been evicted. I called the company and spoke with a representative and was told they are no longer in business, but are working on re establishing themselves. When I asked for a refund, I was told that wouldn't happen. The woman on the phone was very rude, unprofessional and spoke with a dialect I am unfamiliar with.
