We ordered 2000 SF of flooring in October with a promise delivery date at the end of November. No Floors - called and e-mailed numerous times and wouldn't give in finally got my floors the 2nd week in January after changing my size of floors as that was there last excuse of not having enough lumber to mill 6" as I had ordered . They owe me a refund as they agreed to since I reduced the size and also stated they would give me a further discount for the delay in shipment and me having to hire out the installation help since my family from out of state was only here in December to do this for me. Rude customer service and when you talk to them over the phone or shall I say when they call you back finally the phone system is set up like it's a huge facility - well I live an hour from there and it's basically a metal building and the husband wife scam team in it!! Would never recommend business with this company to anyone - a total scam. Never got my refund or discount on the floors / and I had to drive there to pick up my floors with a trailer myself.
