ordered free samples ,never arrived .
according to company incorrect address.
according to Canada post sample returned
Company keeps billing even though I cancelled
my account with them and never received
an apology or replacement only double talk
as to what you agreed to when you asked for free
sample.
This is not normal business practice,so I called the company and spoke to their rep
mr frank Geller who assured me refund would be coming, it did, but the next month I got charged again
this is cash grab on unsuspecting people
problem not resolved but we will keep trying
