On 23 April 2015 at 11:18 pm, I placed an order for the above products and was advised that I had a 14 day trial period. I received my items Tuesday 28 April 2015 upon my return from work. The fourteen day trial period should have ended 7 May 2015. I called 7 May 2015 to cancel the product. I was able to cancel the African Mango and was advised that my trial period product was cancelled and I would not have any further charges. I was told they could only cancel one product and a time and I would have to call back to cancel the second product. I called back and was given a different number to call. I called the number given and was told to call back in five minutes as they could locate my account. I advised the representative that I was not impressed with the service and felt like there was something shady going on. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they all had just gone into a meeting. I called back and finally cancelled my second product the Garcinia Cambogia and was told that product was cancelled and I would not have any further charges. I asked if they were sure and if both of my products were cancelled, I was advised yes. Later that evening I went into my bank account to do some banking and saw that I had a pending withdrawal for the products. I called the company back and was advised that I never cancelled on time and that they could give me a 15% credit. I advise to speak with supervisor, none available. I advised the representative that I did not like how they were handling business and that I was advised earlier that no further charges would come out of my account. I was advised that it was too late to give me a refund. I disputed with them some more and then they were going to give me a 50% refund. This is not satisfactory to me, and I believe this is poor business practices.
