I went to book a ticket to go home to see my family and when I looked on my online banking, I noticed this company took $2.47 out of my account and it was put back in for 2.47 for buyendurenow and another 1.24 taken for free samples also and $1.25 put back into the account also. These were suppose to be free samples but if you dont read the fine print you get scammed big time.On April 28th there was $187.62 and $152.46 also taken out of my account I haven't recieved anything from this company as of today. I called the 1-855 number and I explained to the girl my sistuation and she said my money can't be refuned because I agrred when sending for these FREE trials I have to keep the products when they get delivered. I asked to speak to her boss but she kept insisting that wouldn't be possible. My husband and I live on low income and cannot afford to have this money taken like this. please help me. Thank-you.
