I paid £2.97 for a revitaderm face cream and £2.97 for an anti-wrinkle serum following an e.mail advert. The products arrived also with an eye cream ad they were very effective and I was pleased as I had skin problems from a sever period of illness. I received no further communication. But now two months later I received a bank statement with hefty withdrawals amounting to £205.94 for these products. When I finally managed to contact the company they told me that the small print Terms and Conditions commit me to ongoing monthly purchase of these products unless I cancelled within the first 30 days. They have already shipped the next lot and when I said I refuse to pay for them, they said I'll have to call them with the shipping reference number when they arrive and return them and they will reimburse me - but only for the new lot. For the free 'trial samples', they refuse to reimburse me.... They advertise their products fraudulently as they do not put up front what the true cost of these products are and trick people who cannot afford them, into buying them.
