Dear All,

We are writing this message to report a fraud USB supplier in China who communicates through Alibaba.com. The supplier is called China Flash Factory and contact person is Cherry Fu.

On March 11, 2015, we requested a quotation through Alibaba for USB flash cards.

Suppliers started sending direct emails to [email protected] and Cherry Fu from China Flash Factory was among these suppliers.

We agreed with Cherry to order a quantity of 1000 16 GB USB Cards branded with our company logo and shipped via DHL for a total amount of $ 2,687.

After we received their invoice, payment was done through bank transfer so Cherry sent us pictures of the order for confirmation.

Until then, Cherry was still replying to our emails and phone calls but after we confirmed everything, she sent us a tracking number and an email informing us that the order was shipped via Hong Kong Post by mistake.

We tried calling her many times and we sent her emails but no response. On May 3rd, we received the shipment that has the same tracking number she shared with us. Unfortunately, the shipment was a small box with a quantity of only 29 USB cards.

Kindly find below the supplier details and attached the order picture, China Flash Factory Invoice and our payment transfer letter.

We would really appreciate your assistance and immediate action to solve this issue and get our money back.
