I had registered for a membership for the Wen Chaz Dean shampoo, which came with a free bottle of vitamins at the time of purchase. Within weeks of receiving the initial order and a few uses of the shampoo, which had a 60 day money back guarantee; I had called the customer service number which is indicated as 1-800-964-1892 to cancel the entire membership as my hair was left feeling dirty and uncleansed. After my confirmation of cancellation made over the telephone, I had returned from out of town two months later to another shipment received and two invoices one for $134.82 and another for $98. Since I had canceled my order I should no longer be receiving any products or any invoices. I have again attempted to call the number back and have been on hold for over an hour and a half and now have to take additional time out of my day to attempt correcting this error on their behalf.
