Mark Finlayson from WRS International of CES whatever company he choses to go by is a fraud! Please be aware he offers programs like Germany , New Zealand , Russia & UK internships charging high amounts of money upfront promising jobs and internships and fails to do so. i have paid him GBP 4500 for Russia program for my students and part payment of GBP 1500 for UK which he is not refunding. He is not able to Place students in any country as he does not have valid jobs or connected with any government sponsors like BUNAC from UK(he is not connected with BUNAC). I am mailing him and calling him since 6months now for my students refunds which he has not yet returned!
