I have been frustrated with the drawn out process of getting bitcoins so i registered on payeer.com and funded the account with credit card. $250 but i got $247
I immediately went to theinstantexchange.com to exchange Payeer for bitcoin. Immediately i made payment, their site says my order number does not exist. They don't have a contact mail they don't respond to queries sent through their contact me form. My $247 just flew into thin air over 17hrs ago.
EVERYONE BEWARE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A SCAM COMPANY CAN SURVIVE SINCE 2008
