I recently found out that a checking account i havent used in more than a year and a half was charged three different times by saving makes money. Initially an 87.00 charge followed by two 19.95 charges by electronic check. I called them and found it extremely difficult to understand them. The first person simply hung up on me when i questioned her how they got my checking account and routing numbers. The second person simply said i called them, ordered a membership and gave them my banking information. I have never heard of this company, nor had any idea what service they provide. Now i am over $200.00 in the hole. The three initial charges plus overdraft fees. The total.. $206 and changed. I am more than pissed. I cant even open a new checking account anywhere until i get this cleared up. If anyone can help or give advice, i am open to suggestions. Thanks for allowing me to vent.
