I used tardytax.com to file a past tax return. My concern was that the address I entered in my personal information was automatically entered in the address field for my w2 information. At the time, I was unsure of whether I could do that or not and proceeded to complete filling the return. The address field of the W2 was grayed out with no option to change it. I later confirmed that the address on the W2 has to be entered as it appears on the W2 form. I contacted tardy tax on 4/9/2015 but got hung up on the first time before I could even introduce my self. The 2nd time, the agent spoke over me and hung up on me when I insisted that she let me speak. The 3rd time, the same agent, blatantly stated that they do not provide refunds but could not provide an article in their Terms Of Service that says so. I disconnected the call and logged back into the site but Icould not access the tax return I had filed. I started a live chat with Jason who also closed the chat when I asked him to provide a link to or email me a copy of the TOS that states that I can not get a refund. During the call on my 3rd try, the agent, Clarence (as he/she stated her name) said that there are no other agents available and that she is the supervisor so I was pretty much stuck having to deal with her.
