He befriends you on facebook and later want to talk on bbm, he is very patient and doenst give a lot of information about himself. Might come up with different scams. But he told me he has a contract in India and needs $400 to pay for licence to do businesd there. Luckily i didnt give him money, then he became rude, messafes fewer and deleted me of FB and bbm. This was over a 2 month period so he will talk sweet words to you for quite a while to check you out.
