Laura is part owner of a salon called DiCapelli Salon, part of Sola Salons in El Segundo, CA. Laura was my hair stylist for over two years. She colored my hair on or about March 30th and did not color my hair the way I wanted it. I tried to live with it for a week, but I was not happy with it, and neither was my partner. I was scheduled for a fix to change it a week later, and she re-scheduled the fix. Then, after expressing that I was upset that she re-scheduled me (2 weeks out and still not happy with my hair), she suggested that I find a new hair stylist. So, not only did she do bad work, she didn't even bother to fix it in a timely fashion.
