I was locked out of my Yahoo e-mail that I just made yesterday. Yahoo closed down their help line, & I couldn't reset my password online. I called IFixPC b/c they "work with Yahoo". At first, they hung up, because they thought I was a child prank calling. (I'm about to turn 17) My mom called for me, and then a woman talked to us. She was nice, and made me download LogMeInRescue. Then, she connected me with her "technician", Kamal, "because I have a Mac". He used the LogInRescue, and didn't even try to log into my email. He asked me my email, and looked through my computer. He told us thirty people could see our information, and not to use the computer until we purchased the "discounted" anti-virus for $300. I didn't think this was true, so I scanned my computer with another virus-blocker. I had ZERO viruses. This place is a scam!
