I ordered something, they delivered me the wrong color. They told me to send it back and that I will get the return shipping costs reimbursed after arrival. After sending the package they didn’t answer my emails anymore. Two weeks later I told them that I would get mastercard involved to get my money back. The next day they answered my email and told me that they haven’t received my package. Which was a big fat lie. Luckily I had a tracking number. So I could proof that they received the package. They said that they need to „investigate“ and a few days later I received a refund. The money for the return shipping wasn’t included. I asked them about it and they just ignored my emails again. Haven’t heard anything from them ever again.
