A "thank you" appeared at the end of a business web site I often use. It stated I was to receive a gift and would be asked to pay shipping. Of the three offered gifts, one was no longer available and on I had no interest in. I chose the skin care product. I saw no explanation or fine print. My VISA bill had an additional charge of $89. When I called to check I was informed that I could have received a refund, but I had missed the date to return the product. I was also told that if I took action, I would lose.
