My name is Ömer Sinan TAMER On 27 th of February, 2015, i supposed that one of my close friends asked me about my credit cards personal information. I shared all information about my 4 credit cards and i also shared all passwords which were sent to my phone. I never thought that there was something wrong with it because i am 58 years old and i've never thought any harm for someone so far. In the evening my friend called me that her FACEBOOK account was captured by hackers. I cancelled all my credit cards and next morning we went to see the public prosecutor together. We told him what happened on 27 the of February, 2015 and we gave a petition for the court.

My credit numbers (all cancelled) were as follows:

1)Yapi Kredi Bank world card as 5401 xxxx xxxx 4108 2)Yapi Kredi Bank adios card 5400 xxxx xxxx 0669
3)Garanti Bank bonus premium card 5407 xxxx xxxx 0011
4)VakifBank world card 4938 xxxx xxxx 8301.

According to the Law 6502 (48/4) as follows; i can cancel all my expenditures in one year. Because above establishments did not inform me about my recantation rights in two weeks time. They must translate it to English and understand what the law says i highly recommend them to do this.

The law protects me as a consumer, therefore i kindly request to above establishments as SKR*SKRILL.COM LONDON GB, MONEY BOOKERS, JOYGAME INTERACTIVE 1 and OASIS GAME repay my money and add to my new bank accounts. If not; we will see each other in the court.
