In 2003 I was with another family member who was starting a Business. They needed a Credit card machine for this business. They set up an appointment to see what they had to do to get set up with a credit card machine. I was there at this meeting. Somehow they had my name on this paperwork for the machine. The guy said my credit was not good enough for the machine rental. I told the guy that I did not put my information on this what did he mean. Somehow he obtained my Social Security number. He did the paperwork over and they went on with the card machine rental. Then a few years later I tried to buy a house and found out that this Company had a Judgement for $5,581.34 on me out of New York. I have no idea how this Company obtained my information and sued me without me having the right to defend myself in my own State. I called and tried to take care of this right after this happened and they told me that they got my information somehow and I need to take care of the Judgement. How can a small broke person fight against a Company with unlimited resourses. Now I can not ever buy a house unless I pay this thing or file Bankrupt which all takes money. Someone needs to fight this company . I have had to put everything in my wifes name for years because of this crap. Now this Louis Cucinota account manager for this company is trying again to get money from me by telling me they are going to freeze my bank account.
