"I was looking to change hosting companies and came across myresellerhome.com. The company offered everything I needed for a much lower price than the company I was currently using for my hosting. The second reason I decided to try myresellerhome.com was because they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I didn't think I could go wrong; however, I was wrong. Within 3 days of creating and paying for the hosting account, I started having trouble. SUPER slow loading on cpanel, domain names, errors on wordpress sites. I think there were about 5-7 issues in all. I tried to speak to the chat rep but when he started working on the problem, more problems showed up. I told him I wanted a refund as per the money back guarantee and, finally, he told me I needed to submit a billing ticket. I submitted the billing ticket and the only response I received was:<br><br>I am sorry to see you wish to cancel, can you let me know where you are seeing errors so I can check and update you on it<br><br>Please feel free to contact us back in case of any further information.<br><br>Thank you,<br>Brenda Taylor,<br>Billing Department<br>Myresellerhome Inc.. <br><br>The money back guarantee requests began on 2-18-2015. I have contacted the company 9 times through the support ticket without further response. I have gone through PayPal's dispute department but they do not handle intangible goods. <br><br>As soon as I can get the mailing address for myresellerhome.com, they will be receiving a letter from my attorney.
