Arriving back from vacation, I needed to make a call to my neighbour to tell them of our late arrival into London, ON. I do not have a cell phone so opted to use the credit card facility on a pay phone in Toronto Pearson terminal. No indication of rates for credit card calls on the phone but assumed it might be a little higher than a coin call. I have just seen the posted amount on my bank account statement. The charge was $14.77 for less than 1 minute of connection time. I accept that the convenience factor plays a part but charging $15 a minute borders on highway robbery. I suppose there is nothing I can do about it now but would like to add my complaint to any others about this company.
