I registered with bidrack when i read an advertisement on their website that claimed free registeration. To my surprise i wanted to purchase an item at a store with my card and found out that; it was declined. i went home embarrsed and checked my account only to find out that $99 had been deducted from my account . I called their customer care representative and i was told that they have a strict non refundable policy. I'm really mad about what they did and put me through, I want my money back NOWWW!!!

go to the ftc's link below and submit your complaint. i did. my credit card company sided with bidrack at first, but i submitted my exchange of messages with bidrack as proof that there was something wrong from the very start. i also told them that there are hundreds of complaints in scambook.com. so now i got my $99 back from my credit card company ;)
