The local light house is total scam. They promised to create the website that represents my own website so it drives more traffic to my online store. First, they didn't even include my online store link. The design of the website looks like it is done in 3 mins by a monkey. Looks terrible and one of my customers told me that it's so ugly that she doesn't want to look at it. It totally damaged my brand value. I had to talk to 3 different people to actually reach someone I can cancel the account and she took another 20 mins to sell and make me stay with them. Finally she told me I have to pay $150 penalty for the cancellation when they actually have to refund me and pay for my time and the damage. Please Please help me to get my money back. It means a lot to a small business owner like me.... They are really an evil.
