I bought 800 shares of Eurocap Investments, with the promise of an increased return on investment due to take over by 3M Group. My money went into an account owned by PT Prestige Settlements at BII, account number 2 535 00101 1 SWIFT IBBKIDJA
The sale of these "supposed shares" was meant to happen by end of 2013 but did not materialize. Updates were scares to say the least and every time I sent an email I received a call the following day but never written conformation of what had been discussed.
The beneficiary name is PT Prestige Investments. Is it possible to open a lawsuit against this company.
Am curious to see if more people have been hit by this scam and look into a way to go after this company legally.

Correction to above - I bought 800 shares at EUR 6.50 each for a total of EURO 5,252.00
